Welcome to the Dalhousie Lake Association website. We hope that you will visit often. This site is currently under development with additional features and expanded information to be added throughout our 2025 season. We encourage all owners on Dalhousie Lake to join our Association to support the safety, health and sustainability of Dalhousie Lake and the environs. Your Dalhousie Lake Association
Our Purpose, Objectives and Strategy
The Dalhousie Lake Association is led by a volunteer group of residents that act as Directors on behalf of Association members. All property owners on the lake are eligible and encouraged to join the Association. The Association is committed to supporting property owners and users of the lake to:
• Contribute to lake safety through the promotion of safe practices on the lake.
• In collaboration with the Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority, as stewards of the lake, test, monitor and report on water quality, water levels, environmental conditions and related matters of concern.
• Support the community of Dalhousie Lake owners through information sessions, social activities, liaison with other lake associations and agencies to share best practices and emerging issues. As well, the Association supports owners through the timely sharing of updates on lake affairs and other urgent matters of common interest.
• Represent Dalhousie Lake owners to take forward collective issues and coordinate interactions with responsible agencies and peer groups such as the Lake Networking Group of other lake associations in the region, Watersheds Canada, etc..
